Position: Digital Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1) Develop strategies and marketing solutions to solve clients’ business problems.
2) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
3) Presenting campaign pitches, media buying plans to clients and maintaining relationship.
4) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
5) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6) Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
7) Collaborate with the creative team to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
Core Competency Requirements:
1) Deep understanding of Digital Marketing. (MUST)
2) Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
3) Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of Social Media Marketing.
4) Solid understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Digital Analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
5) Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
6) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating content that engages, inform and motivates.
7) Experience with visual communication principles.
8) Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple brands.
