JOB EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field AGE: Maximum 40 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve financial objectives by achieving sales growth, GP% and other targets; minimising cost; analysing variances and taking corrective actions
• Improve outlet staffs' efficiency by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising KPIs
• Ensure safe, hygienic and welcoming store environment and facilitate "WOW" customer service
• Ensure product quality, ordering, availability, merchandise, stock and cash management
• Maintain stability and reputations of the outlet by complying with legal and regulatory body's requirements
• Ensure safeguard against possible pilferage, shoplift and litigation
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
• Graduation in any discipline
• Dynamic personality, Go-Getter, Interpersonal skills, leading by example, multitasking and communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office package specially in MS Excel
