Job Responsibilities:
Decide sell target (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
Organize project-wise leads and converts them into contact
Organize project-wise leads and converts them into contact
Push for deal closing
Prepare area wise list of potential Landowners
Create Leads.
Create Contact by ERP.
Visit the land, evaluate the prospect of sell and market price of apartments in that area.
Communicate and continue dialogue with the Landowner to know his requirements.
To present properties (real state products) in Facebook Lives.
Requirement:
o Graduate/Postgraduate on Marketing.
o 5 years of experiences
o Must be good at computer skills.
o Need to have strong communication skills & presentation skill.
Salary:
30k- 40K (Depending on experience)
