Omicon Group is looking for a dynamic, result oriented candidate for the position of "Senior Executive/Executive for Human Resource Department.
Job Responsibilities:
· To arrange, conduct & process employee Recruitment & Selection as per Recruitment & selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
· To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
· To maintain the employee personnel file with all related papers as up-dated.
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Qualifications/Experiences:
· BBA in Human Resource Management from any recognized University is must.
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience required in related field.
· English Medium Background is highly preferred.
· Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
