Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit organization involved in the implementation of health and family planning programs wishes to recruit the following professionals. The company seeks talented and aspiring candidates who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organizational goal.
Location : Satkhira, Savar, Munshiganj or anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be recruited initially for 2 years. S/he will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC's Network of private sector Health Providers. S/he will implement field level activities of Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star Program through private sector Health Providers. The Program Officer, Training and Service Delivery will be actively involved in the selection process of new service providers, organizing training sessions, monitoring their activities and ensuring required logistics for them.
Employment Status : Contractual
Educational Requirements
Candidates should have master degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science
Additional Requirements
Age at most 40 years
S/he should have at least two years experience in monitoring and supervision of different health and relevant field
Preference will be given to the candidates who are experienced in Health Network Marketing and/or Sales and marketing of Pharmaceutical products
The candidates should have willingness to undertake extensive field travel with motorcycle and public transport
The candidates should have valid motorcycle driving license
Computer literacy is also required for the position.
