Internship Opportunity at IDC BD (Pvt) Limited

Qualification:

• BBA/MBA (Major in Human Resource Management) from a reputed university.

• Candidate need to complete all course except Internship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing employee personal file.

• Updating, checking & correcting employee data in HRIS from personal file to ensure the HR Database is updated.

• Scanning & Uploading a hard copy of documents in HRIS.

• Schedule and confirm an interview with candidates.

• Supporting day to day HR operation & service in ad hoc basis.

Additional Requirements:

• Learning & working attitude

• Good knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint)

• Presentable & Proactive

• Essential: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

• Ready to work for at least 03 months and Intern will be paid during the period of internship

Benefits:

• Remuneration: As per company policy.

• Office Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Dhaka

• Office Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Weekly Holiday: Friday)
