Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) commenced its commercial operation in accordance with principle of Islamic Shariah on the 10th May 2001 under the Bank Companies Act, 1991. During these years SJIBL has diversified its service coverage by opening new branches at different strategically important locations across the country offering various service products both investment & deposit. Islamic Banking, in essence, is not only INTEREST-FREE banking business, it carries deal wise business product thereby generating real income and thus boosting GDP of the economy. Board of Directors enjoys high credential in the business arena of the country, Management Team is strong and supportive equipped with excellent professional knowledge under leadership of a veteran Banker Mr. Muhammed Shahidul Islam.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform 24/7 Call Center Roster Duty;
- Provide all kinds of support to the customers related to Bank's products and Services including Credit and Debit Cards;
- Understanding customer requirements and complaints received from time to time related to Cards;
- Capable to identify customer's queries through analysis and recommend appropriate solution to address customer's issues.
Employment Status : Contractual
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in any discipline having no Third Division/Class.
- Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Maximum 30 years of age as on 31st August, 2020.
- Minimum one year job experience in the relevant field.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Should have clear and pleasant vocal tone.
- Computer literacy in MS Office;

Salary
Consolidated remuneration package will be offered to the deserving candidates commensurate with their experience.
